1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs CHF 6.95. Orders over CHF 100.– are delivered free of charge.

3. Does REPBORN deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

4. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from receiving the goods to return your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

5. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@repborn.ch with your order number. We will assist you quickly and easily.

6. When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the amount within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Which sizes does REPBORN offer?
Our T-shirts and tank tops are available in sizes M, L, and XL.

8. How does the fit run?
All REPBORN products feature an Athletic Fit — close to the body but not restrictive. The cut is designed to perform perfectly both during training and in everyday wear.

9. Where can I find the size chart?
The size chart with exact measurements in cm is available directly on each product page.

10. What material are REPBORN products made from?
Our products are made from a high-quality blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. This combination ensures optimal comfort, quick drying, and shape retention. Learn more about our material.

11. How do I wash my REPBORN products?
Wash inside out at max. 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.

12. Where are the products manufactured?
REPBORN is designed in Switzerland and produced in Türkiye. For decades, Türkiye has been one of the leading countries in textile production, known for quality, precision, and expertise. Designed in Switzerland. Crafted in Türkiye.

13. Which payment methods does REPBORN accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and TWINT. All payments are SSL-encrypted and secure.

14. Can I pay by invoice?
We do not currently offer payment by invoice. However, you can conveniently pay via TWINT, PayPal, or credit card.
