Terms & Conditions (T&C) – REPBORN.ch

1. Scope

All services of REPBORN.ch are provided exclusively on the basis of these Terms & Conditions (T&C). Deviating provisions only apply if they have been agreed in writing with REPBORN.

2. Conclusion of contract

The offers in the online shop constitute a non-binding invitation to order goods. By completing the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The order confirmation is sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

3. Product information & tolerances

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

  • Colour deviations of up to ±3% are possible and do not constitute a defect.
  • Sizes (length/width) may vary by ±3%.
  • For Pantone colours, minimal deviations are technically possible.
  • Remnant stock is excluded from exchange.

These points do not constitute grounds for exchange.

4. Prices & payment terms

All prices are in CHF incl. 8.1% VAT. Price changes are possible at any time.

  • For group images, the price applies to the described item.
  • Decoration is not included in the delivery.
  • Colour representations on screens may differ from the original.

Payment methods:

  • Prepayment
  • Mastercard, Visa
  • TWINT
  • PayPal

Note:
For manual payment (e.g. prepayment by bank transfer), no delivery will be made if no payment is received within 10 days. The order will be automatically cancelled.

5. Delivery & shipping

Shipping is carried out with CH-POST (PostPac Priority / A-Post). Transport insurance only upon the customer's explicit request.

6. Availability & withdrawal

Should a product no longer be available after the conclusion of the contract, we reserve the right to offer equivalent goods or to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded immediately.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Sevki GmbH (REPBORN.ch) until full payment has been received.

8. Returns & complaints

  • Return possible within 30 days.
  • The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Please include the invoice with your return.
  • Defects must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt; for hidden defects, upon discovery.
  • Damaged or used goods as well as items without original packaging will not be credited.
  • Please inspect the goods upon delivery for damage and report it immediately to the delivery person and to us.

10. Applicable law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Klingnau, Switzerland.

11. Language of contract

The language of the contract is German. In the event of linguistic differences, the German version of these T&C shall be binding.
